有一个有点复杂的问题请教大家，关于Lamy的售后服务的问题

我大概一年前在TB网上买了只Lamy2000 EF 新版，买回来之后发现够细但对我来说不够滑，阻尼感太强（不是刮纸，只是阻尼感），我以为用着用着会习惯的，但到现在还不太习惯，请问我可不可能把笔寄回德国，到Lamy总部换个笔尖？他们会不会接受?

我还是挺喜欢2000的外形和持握感，只是书写感实在不太适应。所以想干脆换个粗尖，写起来舒服些。

只有专柜买的才有这种待遇而且LZ都买了一年了肯定是不行了
如果笔成色还行，建议卖了再买只F的

I bought a Lamy2000 with EF nib before nearly a year.It isn't smooth enough.I try to adapt it or have it adapt me through using it often,but I have failed.Under the circumstances,I want to change its nib .However,the problem is that I buy it on the internet ,not from normal agent of your company.I haven't any effective proof of purchase except the label in the box.So I don't prove that it is during a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. Can you accept my request in such case?If you can,what should I do?
By the way,If you accept my request. can I change my EF nib to a wider one?If you enable me , what nib can I choose?

你确定是阻尼感的话可以试试土办法：找块光滑的玻璃或玉石，最好是弧形的，笔尖上稍微沾点牙膏在弧形的凸面上画上十来圈应该效果就很明显了。每画几圈就试下手感，不然滑过头你可能又不习惯了。这么做其实就是给铱粒抛光，很安全。但千万别用毛玻璃或者砂纸紫砂这些，那就是打磨笔尖了。

ems寄那支笔去德国起价270吧如果走代理的话丢失的可能性会略微增大回国邮费在130左右维修费用未知
在淘宝购买肯定是没有保修的

邮费没有那么夸张。我也是刚刚搞清楚的。你用中国邮政发100g以下的小包，18块钱，加保险什么的可能要贵一些。两周内到德国。德国到中国邮费在五欧以内。花不了多少钱的。但愿lamy的售后能给力点吧。你的英文表达有些地方挺地道有些地方有些问题，但总体上还是可以准确传达意思的，应该没有问题。

香港LAMY总代理说过，内地网上买的LAMY不给保修的，网上卖的那些是其他国家涌进来的水货，代理的利益本就受损，更不愿去承担保修的责任了。
