请大家一定救救我啊~！我估计我是书写痉挛了

<p>一年来写字老是没力气，握笔不紧，写字慢，字体难看，去了医院检查，做了肌电图，医生说完全正常，没病，说是心理问题。给我吃了点抗焦虑的药，现在写字考试压力极大，我非常苦恼</p><p>请求大家推荐给我一支完全符合人体工程学的笔~~！！写字不劳累（我的握笔姿势不正确的，是大拇指包住笔写的）花多少钱我都愿意的，只要能流利地书写，我就很满足了~！谢谢大家</p>

<p>画图啊？那学着用电脑吧，写字主要用三个手指，电脑十个手指，或者用鼠标，有好处。</p><p>另外我猜你是用笔姿势不对。</p>

<p>那你就用派通pentel的那款Ergonomic吧，有圆珠笔中性笔自动铅笔，中间的笔环还可以自由移动到你满意的位置让你最大限度的舒服。这笔还特便宜。</p>

<p>我知道的pentel的这支笔国内价格大约在50－60元左右，当然也可能有卖的更便宜或者更贵的地方（过去有帖子说过这支笔，你可以翻翻看看）。这支笔在日本的售价是500日元，约合35元人民币。</p><p>上海买派通应该很方便。因为派通在中国的总部就在上海。你用百度搜一下“上海派通”就能找到他们的地址和联系方式。</p><p>就像王善德说的那样，“写字主要用三个手指”，但是pentel的这支笔提供了三个指头外的“第四支点”，使得笔在虎口的位置也能受力，拿笔的时候感觉像是握手那样手与笔十分契合。握笔处还模仿了人的指纹的纹路，所以不用太大力气也能抓稳。</p><p>这支笔的缺点就是，握笔处由于采用了指纹的纹理，因此纹理的间隙十分容易堆积灰尘。</p><p>另外，我推荐三菱铅笔株式会社的a－gel系列笔（第一个字母应该是“阿尔法”），握笔处采用了特殊材料，2cm厚的这种材料就可以承受从18米高处（相当于6层楼）跌落的鸡蛋的冲击，不让鸡蛋破碎。我用这个系列的一支自动铅笔，感觉非常好（可能是因为新产品的原因，这款人工学的笔没有在penlover转的名单里，个人用的感觉不比pilot和pentel的差）。a－gel系列笔在日本的售价也是500日元（也有一种是600日元），约合35元人民币。在国内价格大约在40－50元左右。<a href="http://www.mpuni.co.jp/product/category/sharp_pen/alpha_gel/index.html">http://www.mpuni.co.jp/product/category/sharp_pen/alpha_gel/index.html</a></p>

我在考试的时候不敢用钢笔，也是心理障碍，总是害怕写一半没水了，或者多带几支钢笔的时候一个一个掉地上摔坏了，或者考试卷纸的质量不好墨水会扩散，或者带墨水瓶打翻了。所以考试的时候我都用圆珠笔。一般的圆珠笔确实写起来很累手，但是用过他们小日本的这种工程圆珠笔，还是好舒服的。
