Ever Rite fountain pen that was made in New Jersey in the 1930s. It is a long short style pen. When the cap is screwed down, the pen is very short, but when you post the cap, you have a long pen. I guess it is an eyedropper fill pen, there is no filling system but the section does have a long neck on it? No nib.
